This Experiment Uses Blindfolded Kids To Prove How Unique Their Moms Are To Them... And It Will Make You Cry

11:00 AM

Can a blindfolded child pick out their mom in a line-up?

There’s no one in the world quite like your mother. As a child, she’s often your whole world.

To test this theory, jewelry brand Pandora lined up a group of mothers and blindfolded each of their young children in turn.

Using nothing but their senses of touch and smell, the ad shows each child easily finding his or her mom in the lineup.

The commercial doesn’t downplay the role a father or other parent figure might have, but instead celebrated the uniqueness of “shape, personality and heart” in women and focused on these mothers as a sweet reminder of how strong a familial bond can be.
